Positive: Great customer service from Hotel Alpen and concierge team on the phone/maid. Great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Powerful shower..

Negative: Room was too hot at night with no way to control. We slept with doors open! We also purchased pizzas to cook in the room but no oven in our particular room.
