Positive: The apartment was beautifully decorated, they have thought of everything, there’s even an air fryer! I loved the finishing touches with expensive shower products. The location was lovely.

Negative: We were woke up at 6am by the upstairs neighbour having a shower and their dog barking, i personally didn’t find the pillow comfortable as it was lumpy and I do think £85 is far to expensive to pay for 7 hours use of the hot tub, especially when the hot tub isn’t private and people have to walk through yours to get the the next pod. Despite all this it was still a beautiful stay

Positive: A very luxurious room that was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The development is attractively stone built and everything is to a high standard. Mini kitchen with a gorgeous bathroom.

Negative: There was an unusual, slightly unwelcoming, vibe to the communications in both verbal and in wrtten form. The information was quite instructive about what 'was and wasn't' acceptable. The hot tub is extra (about £80 I believe) and although the owners told us this was stated in the details - it wasn't so obvious that we noticed prior to arrival - notwithstanding it was a last-minute booking, we assumed the comparatively higher price was to include the hot tub which you actually need to book and pay in advance. I think the hot-tub information should be much clearer e.g. put a notice stating 'extra cost' on the photographs. I wonder if this is a small business and would recommend that some of the literature and booking processes are reviewed to be more hospitable. We travel frequently for work and this approach to hospitality never leads to a repeat booking...no matter how nice the accomodation is. Owners, it's not about who is 'right', it's about making guests feel welcome. You have a bit to do in this regard but your concept of what works from a premises point of view is exceptional. Things go wrong, things break, mistakes and misunderstandings happen - it's much better to accept this than try to avoid it with instructions and hard-and-fast rules. You have a fabulous concept here but we felt 'on edge', if we'd felt welcome we'd have returned frequently and recommended you to others.

Negative: I stayed in a ground floor apartment. And got woken up by the guests above at 6am. The one time I got away from kids and home life to relax and this happened. Very annoyed
