Summary: We (2 adults, 1 child) had a lovely vacation here. First, it helps that Le Pouldu is a lively, community-oriented place that has a lot going on, including markets, surf school, restaurants, activities, etc. But the apartment is lovely too. It's elegantly decorated but livable (not IKEA or typical rental), has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen is really well-stocked including some basics for the first day of cooking, there is good internet and working washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Parking is also available and easy to deal with. Neighbours are friendly and welcoming. Communication was clear throughout, but mostly it wasn't necessary because things were self-explanatory. The spaciousness makes the holiday more comfortable, because you don't *have* to go somewhere to relax. A nice bar and an excellent bakery are about 30 seconds walk away. Small beach right in front -- two other, better beaches within 10-15 min walking distance. A number of commenters have mentioned that the apartment looks better in person than in the photos: this is correct. It's really nice.
