Summary: We arrived very stressed due to car hire problems at the airport, but the moment we walked into this lovely homely apartment and saw the incredible views from the two balconies the stress faded away! Antonio was always just a phone call away and very helpful even going to the shop to get my husband a walking stick after he left it in the restaurant and we were rushing to get ready to leave for the airport! Summary: Accommodation was excellent everything you needed. The lift was a great help as well . Only. Thing wrong was there was building work getting done in the next street, so there was a lot of sand getting blown around. But hopefully it will die down shortly as the area is really nice. Really enjoyed our stay. The landlord was a gem also couldn’t have been more helpful.

Summary: The apartment was really magnificent - well equipped , comfortable and spotless. Its location is ideal, so close to the beach and all other amenities such as shops and restaurants. We also made good use of the lovely pool. Hope to go back before too long.

Summary: We had a lovely week in this apartment which is quiet and peaceful with amazing views. There are two supermarkets within walking distance and plenty of places to eat or drink. Some places are closed during the week but there is more than enough open to compensate. The small town was not too busy even at the weekends and the beach never felt too crowded. The apartment is comfortable with wonderful views from all the windows and a large patio. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Thank you Antonio and Sofia we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Property is as described and more. Apartment had everything we needed for our week stay in early June and the area itself was very quiet with some lovely beaches. Very Spanish which was exactly what we were looking for. This meant I could attempt some of my limited Spanish. The area is only a short drive away from busier places, if that is what you are looking for. Antonio was a great host and couldn't do enough for us. He explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area itself. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Summary: My wife and I have been staying in San Juan for a number of years, at a range of properties. This apartment has almost everything. First of all the location is absolutely ideal, you could not be much closer to the sea , it has dual aspect balconies which both offer fantastic views, and a welcome breeze throughout the apartment. We have just returned from a 3 week stay at the end of May and early June. It has been one of the most relaxing holidays we have had for a long time. Communication with the owner, Antonio, throughout the process, has been straightforward.. He speaks good English. The apartment was spotless, all bedding and towels provided.. Because we were there for an extended holiday, some days we just sat on the balcony, reading, taking in the views, people watching. We ate in most of the time and the apartment is well stocked with kitchen utensils, everything we needed (apart from a kettle - but we just boiled water in a pan). It does have air conditioning, and it was hot whilst we were there, but because of the breeze from the two balconies there was no need to use. I can honestly say that this is one apartment I would like to go back to.. Muchas gracias Antonio, espero que, una dia, vamos a regresar a su apartamento. Hasta Luego. Saludos, Ian & Helen

Summary: Very clean apartment well equipped for a self catering stay. TV, the only UK channel was Sky news. We found that washing and drying the bedding the same day inconvenient have to make sure you have a sunny day, a spare set would be better. Overall a relaxing stay.

Summary: Antonio made us very welcome and we had no problems settling in to this lovely apartment with enviable sea views and balcony windows on two sides, allowing a natural sea breeze through the flat. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea was a treat! The apartment is within a stone's throw of a tiny local beach and a 5 - 10 minute walk from a much larger, more commercial beach. The location is very Spanish (which we loved), with restaurants and beach bars, as well as night time entertainment and market stalls in the square behind the apartment building - these often didn't start until gone10.30pm so it's important to adapt to the local rhythm of life!! The pools available for residents are great, and staffed by a lifeguard. Top tip - go down just after 5pm for a less busy swim! Overall, highly recommended! Gracias, Antonio
