Summary: First of all, we would like to thank the owner, Peter, for the quality of the communication. The apartment is just perfect, at only 1 min walk from the beach, bars and restaurants, 5 min to reach la Rambla, Vilanova's main walking shopping street. The terrace is amazing, the apartment is quiet, very nicely decorated with air conditioning. The parking place is also a very positive point in this neighborhood. We will come back for sure, and higly recommend Peter's place !

Summary: Fabulous apartment with perfect position close to the great beach Ribes Roges and with great modern standard. A big plus for all quick and accurate correspondence with the owner. Our stay could not have been better!!

Summary: The apartment is in excellent location and it is very well maintained. We had a very nice stay. Peter was very patient with us Canadians, while I had some issues with my account to pay the deposit. The apartment is well equipped and everything was working. We weren't scared to damage anything as all furniture and equipment were robust. The street is quiet, unusual for Spain. Overall a very good stay and we won't hesitate returning.

Summary: Lovely, clean well equipped apartment ideally situated for the beach and also town and railway station. Owner very friendly and replied quickly to all my enquiries. Vilanova an excellent base to explore Barcelona and its surroundings and also to relax on the beach. Would highly recommend. Hoping to return soon...

Summary: This apartment is in a great spot, only a minute's walk from the beach and very close to a good selection of bars and restaurants on the sea front, but was still very quiet. Vilanova i la Geltru is a great holiday destination with a great beach, not too busy, and a very shallow incline into the sea so is safe for young kids. It has a great Rambla too about 10 mins walk from the apartment and there is a great buzz about it in the evenings. Peter is a great host, nothing is too much trouble, and the apartment is very well equipped, the photos don't do it justice. The bedding and towels provided were great quality and the air conditioning was very welcome too. The apartment was exactly as described and was very clean and well maintained. We really loved our holiday and the location and facilities in the apartment were a big reason for this. We would not hesitate to return to Vilanova I La Geltru for a holiday and if we did Peter would be our first call if looking for accommodation.

Summary: We can highly recommend this flat which was exactly as described. The owner was efficient, friendly and prompt in all dealings involving the booking and payments. What the description doesn't prepare you for is the beauty of the view from the balcony. It looks over the trees and gardens of villas on the opposite side of the road and is very relaxing. Another pleasant surprise was to find that the kitchen is extremely well-equipped with cooking utensils and appliances to cater for eight to ten people, and crockery, cutlery and glasses to match. If eating out there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Ones which we enjoyed are the bar in the Mercat for delicious simple meals, the "Girandillo" is one of our favourites also "Cal Puput" in calle Santa Madrona and "L'Arengada" in Carrer dels Terrissaires. Go to the museums. They are all well worth visiting.

Summary: I have been the second time in Peter's Apartment; always in winter time. And if I may I will always come back - I think THAT says more than words. In this time of year a heating is needed - and it works very well. Everything is as described. If there are any problems the owner is always ready to help.

Summary: This is a spacious, very well equipped apartment with a great outside space. It is in a lovely area, very close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Peter is extremely helpful and responded to our needs very promptly. He is an excellent host.

Summary: Peter´s apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is spacious, good location next to the sea and with a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast, a glass of wine or just relax! We were a party of 5 and we stayed there during one week in August and we will definitely rent it again!

Summary: Our family of four all loved Peter's lovely apartment. It's close to town and the beach so we didn't need a car (first time ever!). The balcony is very large and the BBQ means you can dine outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Peter is extremely helpful and responsive. Could not fault it.
