Apartment for 2 guests, two large and bright rooms, garden of 1,400 sqm by the lake and beautiful view. Located at second floor (no elevator), offers a living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom. Small balcony with view over the lake and garden.
A park of 1,400 square meters is available to our guests and is used in common with the host's family, their large dog, and other guests in the house. The park has multiple sunny and shady areas, big trees, fruits, flowers and offers a long lakeside with direct access to the water by a short stone stair. Barbecue and garden furniture for 2 people are also provided. The access to the garden is at ground floor, on the rear of the property. The use of the garden is regulated by specific rules and is allowed only to apartment's guests..
NO private parking by the house. A free public parking is available 300 meters away from the house. During off-season public parking is available in the village main square, 50 meters away from the house.

Summary: The apartment is in a historic villa in a stunning location in direct vicinity of lake Lugano. The old garden is very atmospheric and guests of Alessandras apartment are provided with deck chairs. Everything is very generous and inviting.

Summary: This is a spacious, clean apartment in a small town right on Lake Lugano. Delightful small balcony gives stunning views over the lake. Lovely welcome even though we were delayed with our arrival. Property has everything you need (except may be a kettle!) large comfortable bed, large bathroom. Town is small with only a small shop, but this stocks most basics and is great for the fresh break meat and cheese. Larger supermarkets 6km away in Porlezza. You are able to park close by to drop off and load bags, but car parking is a 5 minute walk away in small free public car park. Never an issue getting a space. We would certainly return.

Summary: Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Lovely little village away from all the tourists but handy to all the sights. Had a problem connecting to the internet from the apartment but not a problem as we used the Internet at the local bar while having our afternoon refreshments by the lake. We stayed for two weeks and would highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: We had two weeks accomondation in this place. Our family (two grownups and two children) had travelled a lot all over Europe and many times by Italy for more ten years and we can definitely compare. This place is one of the best, very beautifull like in a fairytale, quite near to everything and so far to industrial pressure. Our best regards to mrs. Alessandra for her hospitality. Vladimir.
