The apartment is on the first floor, always ventilated, with mild climate, open windows, but looking like a house. There is no need for air conditioning, the building is located in front of the beach, with access to it by the garage, with own entrance by Av. Atlantic. has 2 bedrooms, living and dining room, well equipped kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils, 2 bathrooms and laundry area with washing machine and tank.
The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and fan.
The second bedroom has two triliches beds, which accommodate six people, closet and fan. It has a bathroom with shower in the hallway.

Summary: Overall stay was good. Shower wasn’t clean so we scrubbed it before use and at the end of stay. The biggest problem was with security. The would see us at the gate and would be slow to open. They would be right by the monitors and wouldn’t open. We were sitting outside the gate and was told we could yet the homeless was allowed to sleep there
