Summary: We just stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting in France and wanted to see Paris but we have a diesel car so couldn’t go into Paris plus we didn’t have a big budget so the price of this place was perfect. As long as you don’t mind the fact that it takes around an hour to get into Paris - driving 10 minutes to the Chelles-Gournay train station then a 40 minute metro ride in, this worked really well. Place was comfy, very clean, very quiet, and had lots of little nice touches like towels, shower gel etc, condiments in the kitchen. We came as a party of 2 families and our friends rented an apartment in the same complex which worked well. Several apartments available so good for a large gang. This particular apartment is on the ground floor right next to a road and pavement (very quiet tho) so you couldn’t much open the shutters as people could get a clear view into the open plan living room, kitchen and also the same in the main bedroom. This wasn’t a problem for us as we were just sleeping overnight but might be a bit intrusive for those spending a lot of time here. Overall a very good place. Would recommend for a base for Paris and probably even better for Disneyland tho we didn’t go there.

Summary: The accommodations were pleasant. It was a bit cumbersome each day to go thru the large door to park the car in the parking lot then return thru the door to the apartment. The town Boulangerie was awesome! Just a short walk to complete yumminess each morning.
