Positive: When looking for the accommodation in Rome for the city break I came across this apartment. It exceeded my expectations! It was very well localised and comfortable, the host was communicating with me by whataspp , and even when I had some little problems she helped me to solve them. I highly recommend this place to everyone who want to visit Rome and spend time in the nice, cosy apartment.

Positive: A short walk from Termini Station and short walk to the embassy neighborhood. Spacious and well laid out and supplied. The building has an elevator which is nice as the apartment is on the top floor.

Negative: I suppose some people would find the low ceilings of the upper floor difficult if they were 6’4” or taller, but we had no problems and the tallest in our group was 6’3”.

Summary: Spacious cute apartment well stocked and well located in Rome.

Positive: The apartment was large. Very large. We are a family of four, so maybe that was a bit of an overkill. The location was great; close to breakfast restaurants, a supermarket and bus stops. Close to the centre and still quiet.

Negative: Some furniture could be replaced as they were not very comfortable anymore. The bathrooms were a bit moldy, but that is to be expected from an old building, perhaps. Our bed was very comfortable, but the mattress of the other bedroom (also a double bed) would have been uncomfortable for me. The kids were okay in it, though. And because of the low ceilings of the second floor, I had to hunch over all the time to not bump my head (I'm 1,89m). This was previously communicated, though.

Summary: We had a great stay in Rome. The apartment was large and well situated.

Positive: Location was very good with shops & restaurants around Loved the character of the building & the old lift 10-15 mins walking to Metro Nice lounge area with big airy windows

Negative: Big thing was no Netflix.. only 1 English Channel After long days out sometimes we just wanted to relax indoors with a meal but was unable to watch a film or TV. Whilst we appreciate the owners like character & vintage items like us, small things like the dated toaster, & no electric kettle was a nuisance. Pillows were very hard & felt towels could do with being replaced. Freezer very grubby with hair in the fridge. A small welcome pack of maybe milk, water, tea & coffee would be a nice gesture for the price of the apartment when arriving & trying to get your bearings . No bin liners or dishwasher tablets provided which seems strange to me when we wanted to keep the property tidy. No toiletries except small handwash. Iron burn mark on tablecloth didnt look great when we were trying to eat at the table For people who are claustrophobic theres only very small non opening windows in the bedrooms which was a problem for my partner who found it quite enclosing.

Positive: Apartment was clean and well maintained. The host was very attentive and helped us with all our request. Even for arranging the Taxi, the host helped us a lot.

Negative: The location was a bit far for older people with Mobility issue.But the good thing was, there were a couple of bus stops just in the walking distance.
