Antonio and Nicole went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. They even made my birthday feel extra special with a thoughtful surprise in our room — balloons, a bottle of wine, and a delicious dessert. It was such a lovely and personal touch that meant so much. And speaking of treats, the pastries served at the hotel were absolutely divine! Antonio and Nicole are a truly lovely couple, and their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Positive: We liked everything about the stay, Lovely room, Clean and great location. Exceptional hosts! On arrival we was greeted by the hosts in a very welcoming and friendly manner. We was greeted with refreshments and was given some local knowledge about the area. The room was lovely and very clean with everything needed. Hosts could not do enough for their guests, beautiful breakfast to start your day which was complementary and on returning from a day/evening out, they ensured everything was ok and more refreshments offered. I would 100% recommend to stay here, we will defiantly be returning soon to explore more of Rome and knowing what Residenza Venti Settembre has to offer - we can not wait.

Positive: The hosts were beyond helpful and friendly! They treated us as family guests, offering coffee delivery along with pastries each morning. The beds were very comfy and our stay was delightful!

Negative: The location was a little far from the popular tourist sites.

Positive: Our stay was amazing! The hosts Antonio and Nicole were incredibly kind and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home. Everything was spotless clean; The complimentary pastries and special treats provided were much appreciated! we even had a free mini bar. Every morning we were treated to coffee, juices, sweet and savory croissants, fresh fruit, and delicious paninis — all complimentary! The location couldn’t be better — probably the safest and quietest spot in the center of Rome. Just 1 minute from a bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Nicole and Antonio were always available with recommendations about restaurants and places to visit .We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
