This apartment is located just outside De Cocksdorp in the residential area of our horse farm. The apartment has a private terrace with luxurious garden furniture and a small garden. After a beautiful holiday on Texel, you can relax in the evening in this nice comfortable apartment. You can enjoy a quiet evening both inside and on the terrace. In nearby De Cocksdorp you will find shops and restaurants.
The apartment is located entirely on the ground floor and has a living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. One bedroom has two single box-spring beds and a flat screen television. The second bedroom has one box-spring bed. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet. The sliding doors take you to your own terrace with a small garden. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and combination microwave.
The island of Texel offers you many cycling and hiking trails. The bicycle is the ideal means of transport for your holiday. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other.
Go to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals in Ecomare. Don't forget to stop along the way in Den Burg and De Koog for a delicious drink or dinner on one of the many terraces.
For hikers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended. And one of the most unique hiking experiences on the island has to be a guided mudflat hike. Don't miss it and book a holiday on this fantastic island!

Summary: Prima huisje op een fijne locatie. Van alle comfort voorzien. Goed alternatief voor een weekje werken op Texel ipv thuis. En dan in het weekend en de vrije uren genieten van een mooi eiland.

Summary: Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie meubels en keuken, fijn terrasje en ligt mooi landelijk (wel langs doorgaande weg) en rustig. Het terrein is verder afsluitbaar, war fijn is voor honden en kleine kinderen. Kleine puntjes van kritiek: wat meer kastruimte en wat plankjes in de badkamer zou fijn zijn. Een afsluitbare douche scheelt een waterballet en wat steviger bedden zou fijn zijn (en liefst ook wat breder). Maar dat is allemaal marginaal. Het enige echte punt van kritiek is het gebrek aan privacy. Het huisje ligt aan de voorkant van het huis van de verhuurders. Het eigen terrasje ligt tegen een groot grasveld aan, maar dat hoort volgens mij bij hun huis (maar daar gooien we wel eens een balletje over.) De verhuurders hebben jonge kinderen die op het grasveld spelen en ook een hond (die loops is). Als wij buiten zitten dan heb je dus geen privacy omdat hun kinderen ook buiten zijn en de hond ook. Al.met al niet onoverkomelijk en iedereen is heel vriendelijk en de kinderen kletsen graag;). Maar ik zou investeren in een eigen opgang voor de huurders en een afrastering tussen de twee leefgebieden.

Summary: Huisje is een aanbouw aan een paardenboerderij. Met voldoende privacy. Modern ingericht. Alles leek wel net nieuw. Badkamer een beetje aan de kleine kant. Verder genoeg ruimte. Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand.
