Positive: Our stay at Ferienwohnung Oberrüti place was short but absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very thoughtfully equipped — everything you could possibly need was provided. The bed and sofa bed were both extremely comfortable, and the shower was simply fantastic! Anne herself was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process — from communication before arrival to the smallest details during our stay. You can really tell how much care and love she puts into hosting. The location was perfect for us, especially as we have family in Sins — it was by far the most convenient and comfortable place we’ve stayed in the area. We truly appreciated all the lovely touches that made it feel so welcoming, from the warm atmosphere to the delicious little truffle the kids were so excited about! It’s rare to find a place that feels so well cared for and personal. We would definitely love to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region. Perfect for our family! Thank you once again!

Positive: A very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Helpful owners who live above. A firm mattress which is always our preferred option. Great wi-fi. Parking is on the house’s driveway. The stay is in a quiet location but there is a nearby church that has bells that ring every hour. The stay is convenient to visit both Luzerne and Zurich and Mt Pilatus or Mt Rigi. The apartment is a sub basement as we knew, so there are steps down to it. We also knew that while there is a good kitchen setup there is no microwave oven; which we always find the most useful for cooking steamed veges and simply doing a milk based coffee. There is no local tourist stay tax; unlike Geneva or Luzerne.

Negative: Clothes washing these days is now at an extra cost of 10 CHF / load but as our Booking.com booking from 9 months prior listed a washing machine in the actual apartment, the owner did our required 2 loads for free. The many, many positives of this stay would make this now only a very minor issue.

Positive: Very comfy large double bed. Air conditioner in lounge/kitchen area and bedroom. Very modern and clean. Comfortable sofa in lounge area. Big smart Google TV. Good kitchen and equipment - Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Negative: There was no washing machine, we were expecting during our stay. Offered a service wash with additional cost. No microwave. It is part of a family home, so expect young family type noises.

Positive: Good base to explore Switzerland. It was a nice, quite and peaceful area. Everything was new in the apartment and it was quite clean. The host was friendly and helpful. The booklet in apartment was handy in getting to know the services in the area. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the area.

Summary: All in all it was a great stay. Highly recommended when exploring the area.
