Apartment overhaul in 2. 011, with three bedrooms (one with queen bed), by the sea, with all amenities. It offers internet-adsl and telephone. Parking under the building. It is 500 meters from El Perellonet (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.); Very close to the golf course El Saler, 10 km. Valencia (City of Science, Oceanography, Hemisferic, etc ..). Located in the Albufera Natural Park. Quiet area with wide beach 30 meters away. At 1000 meters from the golf course. The beach is wide and uncrowded and there are not many buildings in the area. Watersports, especially windsurfing to have cleared areas. It has bus stop to travel to Valencia 50 meters. The apartment has hair dryer as well as personal hygiene items (gel, shampoo, etc.) two towels for each person (one toilet and one shower), also iron and ironing board and a small medicine cabinet for health emergencies. The apartment is on the third floor. No elevator. Just you step, which are large but can become uncomfortable if they have young children. The price includes use of linen for all beds, plus towels. Valencia have map and area information on times and locations of nearby attractions and billboard of shows and temporary art exhibitions for you to take advantage of the time to the maximum in whatever you like. Summary: Adrianna is amazing, she stayed up until midnight to help us check in because our train got in super late. She gave us great recommendations for food, beaches, and transportation. The place was great and had a nice view of the beach. Would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: We had a nice stay at Adrianas appartement. The kitchen was nicely equipped with crockery, pots and pans and washing machine. The stay was very comfortable.

Summary: The host was very good sorting any problems we had quickly. The only down side was the 3 flights of stairs not easy carrying golf clubs. Also wifi signal was very slow .

Summary: We had a great stay. Only 200 meters from the beach. Nice balcony with seaview! Big Apartment with everything we needed. 40min with bus to Valencia only 1,5Euro each person. Taxi back at night ca 35 Euro. Wi-Fi not working at our stay.

Summary: The flat is OK, The owner is wonderful as well! Adriana was very thoughtful and kind she picked me up from the airport as well and during the stay she communicated Via what’s up with me. The flat itself is very nice and you cannot beat the beach access so close, there is also roof top deck with 360 view of the neighborhood and all the beaches around. Beautiful is it can be. They are some suggestions that I would like to make. New hot water heater- this one is too small and the hot water is not enough for one, and we were 3 people, so it took us 2-3 hours to get ready before going out. New knife set and coffee maker for 12 cups coffee, the knifes are small and don’t cut, the coffee maker is for one big cup no way drinking coffee with someone. The linens are out dated - newer sheets and lighter comforters will be nice. The towels are small, this wasn’t a bath towels more the size of kids bath towels. The bus going to Valencia is only one and sometimes coming back from the city doesn’t stops at your stop, stops to the village before, so no way of getting home. My recommendation is car and there is parking provide it. The restaurants around was closed because was off season, there is no options for delivery, it’s too far from center city. The grocery store has only the basics. However, those feedback is not negative! Those are very small changes that I recommend to be made ( hot water heather and new towels; knifes; coffee maker for 12 cups). Otherwise the views are spectacular, the flat is clean and the owner is nice! I recommend the property to anyone and the owner is extremely responsive! I will stay again there Dee

Summary: If you're looking for a concrete jungle with high-rise blocks and multi-million pound yachts tied up outside then this is not the place for you. On the other hand, if you want to sample real coastal Spain which is visited by real Spanish people then read on. The flat has been recently renovated to a high standard throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with basic items like herbs and spices. Adriana, the owner, kindly left us some food items to get us started. There were also some other thoughtfully-placed items like a first aid kit with medicines, a small tool kit and beach furniture. The Wi-Fi was rock-solid with a download speed of about 16Mbps. The balcony attracts the morning sun so is ideal for taking breakfast. By early/mid-afternoon the sun has moved away so provides a welcome retreat from the direct heat but is still pleasantly warm for enjoying dinner in the evening. The flat is about 50m from the fine sandy beach which is spotlessly clean and certainly not overcrowded. There are 5 or 6 restaurants within easy walking distance, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and the obligatory tobacconists for buying bus tickets. There is a frequent bus service to and from Valencia at a giveaway price so a car isn't essential. There is a larger supermarket about 4km away and a Carrefour and Lidl at Cullera, about 17km away. We found El Perellonet to be a quiet place at the end of August/beginning of September and was perfect for a relaxing break. In the 10 days we spent there, we didn't encounter a single Brit, which was good! It's definitely on our list of places to visit again.

Summary: We were happy that there was a parking place under the house. There were chairs and ambrella for the beach. The owner had bought caffee and sweets for breakfast (it was very nice as we arrived late). Clean beach, very close to the appartment. Nice view from the balkony. Washing machine. Only the cooking equipment was pure. We missed a small pot and newer teflon pans (they were scratched). At the gate there was no bell.

Summary: It was a nice apt. It was difficult for my mother with no lift. It was near the beach. It has no air conditioning but some breeze and luckily we had a fan in the room. The other rooms were hot. The beds were very uncomfortable. Remote from Valencia and other activities. Neighborhood is safe but fairly under developed and some abondoned buildings. Our host was wonderful and very helpful.
