This apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the 3rd floor of a holiday home in the small town of Wald im Pinzgau in Salzburgerland, near Königsleiten, the nearby Hohe Tauern National Park and the Zillertal Arena ski area. The famous Krimmler waterfalls are also worth a visit!
The apartment is optimally equipped and offers a spacious living room (with sofa bed), an open well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and sofa bed, two bathrooms and a beautiful terrace. The apartment also has access to the general facilities of the house, think for example a football match in the Sky Sports Bar, a game of table tennis or a refreshing swim in the shared outdoor pool (open from the beginning of June to the end of September).
It is also possible to enjoy an extensive breakfast for a fee or to use the wellness facilities such as the sauna and solarium for a fee. In April/May and November/beginning of December there is no staff and unfortunately no breakfast can be offered.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home (approx. 11 km from the town center) is the Zillertal Arena ski area with 150 kilometers of slopes and 52 lifts. Summary: We werden zeer warm onthaald door de eigenaars. Het appartement is recent gerenoveerd en modern ingericht. Toegang tot de tuin en de parking vanaf het balkon. De directe omgeving is ideaal voor wandelen en fietsen. Verre verplaatsingen zijn overbodig.

Summary: Ruime schone accommodatie op begane grond. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad lag bij onze achterdeur, we konden zo de tuin in. Erg fijn, helaas zat wel het hekdeurtje naar het zwembad ook voor onze deur. Gevolg, iedereen kwam langs onze deur en zelfs door onze deur zodat ze (onbewust) in onze keuken stonden.... Gezellige huisheer, lekker eten in het restaurant (wel wat weinig variatie). Ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. Buiten het gebouw heeft het wel wat achterstallig onderhoud vergeleken binnen. Omgeving is mooi, niet dichtbij het kleine centrum.

Summary: Mooi ruim appartement met twee aparte ruime slaapkamers en bijhorende badkamer ideaal voor 2 koppels. Keuken is basic (geen dampkap, koffiezetapparaat moeilijk te bedienen omwille van laaghangende kastjes, kleine vaatwasmachine...). Gelegen langs nogal drukke baan. (enkel licht storend als je buiten zit). Pistes vrij ver van accomodatie doch bereikbaar per skibus of met privéwagen (ongeveer 20 minuten rijden naar Gerlos). Mogelijkheid tot het nuttigen van een ontbijt tegen 10 euro p.p. is meegenomen. Bakker en beenhouwer op wandelafstand (300 m). Krimml watervallen in het natuurgebied Hohe Tauern zeker een bezoek waard.

Summary: Aankomst was heel hartelijk, we konden ook vroeger in het appartement, alles was reeds in orde. Accommodatie was heel proper, modern, gebruiksvriendelijk, ruim, etc. De omgeving was rustig, dus ideaal om te relaxen na het skiën.
