.Apartment located on the second floor of an independent villa with garden overlooking the surrounding mountains and in particular on the Sacra di San Michele. The house is located in a quiet area a few steps from the town center where all the services are located (pharmacy, supermarket, shops, pizzerias, restaurants etc.).
With internal parking in the enclosed courtyard, the apartment is a 5-minute drive from the A32 Torino-Bardonecchia motorway, 27 km from Caselle Airport. 15 - 25 km from the Orsiera-Rocciavrè natural park, from Assietta and Colombardo and 10 km from the lakes of Avigliana.
Tourist destinations and historical interest: the medieval city of Avigliana, the Sacra di San Michele, Roman Susa, the abbey of Novalesa, Turin, the palace of Venaria and the hunting lodge of Stupinigi. Turin can be reached by train or by bus.
It is a point of reference for numerous naturalistic excursions on foot, by bike and motorbike on the mountains behind the town and on the Via Francigena on the opposite side in front of the house. There are 7 vie ferrate in val Susa, one of these in Condove .. For ski lovers not far away there are several ski resorts such as Bardonecchia at 59 km Sestrière (The Milky Way) at 69 km etc.

Summary: The owner and her son helped to make our stay really enjoyable, ensuring we had everything we needed. We would definitely stop in this property next time we are in the area, it is only 20 mins by train to Turin from the local station and has many lovely walks and areas of great interest. There is plenty of space in the property with 2 large bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining area & balconies and Condove village has nice cafe’s/bars, small supermarket, bakery, etc; Thank you for ensuring we had a lovely stay in your property Marisa.

Summary: Most important for us was the central location between the hiking areas left and right from Susa Valley on one side and the river Po to do canoe-tours on the other. Both was possible to reach within 30 to 40 minutes by car – excellent. We found the apartment roomy, the owner very friendly and we will check availability again if visiting Susa Valley second time.

Summary: This second floor apartment is in a quiet charming village about 30 minutes by train from Torino. While the walk to the train station is tricky it is very doable and the train goes into the center of Torino. Having a car would be a definite plus as there are many sites in the little villages throughout the Susa Valley that are difficult to reach by bus or train. The hostess was very accommodating and she and her family went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The village has restaurants and a grocery store and the people are friendly. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a nice vacation amidst gorgeous mountains.
