Apartment 100 METERS FROM THE MAIN SQUARE, NEW, COMFORTABLE, FURNISHED IN STYLE and a few minuted away from the main beaches of the sud Sardinia ( Nora , Santa Margherita , Chia , Tuerredda , ecc. ) . Situated in the centre of Pula with a large hall with a kitchen, bedroom, kids bedroom, bathroom with a shower, porch, balcony and --double facing-- . At the first floor with wide stairs, bright, with an lcd TV, dishwasher, washing machine, 340 liters fridge/freezer, completely air-conditioned, triple glazed windows, mosquito nets, armored door and 500 liters water tank . Of 70 mq and hosts up to 4 people (bedroom plus kids bedroom with 2 single beds ) you can comfortably sojourn and cook thanks to the set of frying pans, dishes, silverware, dishcloths, bed sheets, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc... The apartment it's a few steps away from the main square where a lot of the main events take place during the season. In the near neighborhood there are shops and markets that give a almost continuous service in which you can find delicious local food. After you visited the very close INFO POINT , you can reach your favourite places easily, with your resources or by reanting a car, motorcycle, bycicle, etc... If you prefer, you can use the bus service which will bring you to the beaches and the bus stop in front of the house . The mountains with the technologic park , the ancient archaeological city of Nora , the museum , the shows in the ancient roman amphitheater , the Golf Club Is Molas , the many sport establishes and the many locals in the area ( there is something for everyone ) , can make your holiday unforgettable .

Summary: The apartment was spotlessly clean, and Guiseppe and family were as helpful as possible when we arrived, [our Italian is non existent, and Guiseppe's English is limited]. The apartment is quite spacious, with everything you need, [Brits note, no kettle], the bed is good quality, quite firm, and balcony large enough for 2 people to sit with feet up and relax. There is good wi-fi connection. This is a family property with Guiseppe's family living below, and access through rear locked gate, which gives additional security if your worried about that, [don't think there is much to worry about in Sardinia]. The apartment is in the lively town of Pula, which we enjoyed, with plenty of good restaurants and bars. Don't just stick to the main square, there are good restaurants elsewhere. There is a parking space in the Town Hall which seemed to be available almost all the time we were there, outside the gate. This is not specifically for apartment use as far as we could tell, but in a gap between pay spaces, and it seems not many know to use it. The balcony overlooks the car park, and can be an interesting watch at times, but is quiet sometimes too. Car is required as nearest beach is Nora which is about 3-4 km away, but exploring some of the island and its endless beaches is a must really. Overall we were very pleased with the apartment and holiday, and hope to go back sometime.

Summary: The appartment is very new and well equiped. It´s located near the centre and all areas can be reached by food. It is not loud due. The only issue was missing WLAN.

Summary: The apartment and location was great. The owners were very helpful and the town grows on you. We did miss not having the Internet at the accommodation but we could get it in the town.
