Summary: From the beginning dealing with Tanja was so easy and hassle free. when we drove up the road to the house we all smiled. its so peaceful and the view of the country side is amazing. the location is close to most attractions, within an half hour to an hour. a car is helpful. The 3 bedroom apartment is huge, very clean and cool. our 3 girls loves the pool and exploring the property. they also enjoyed the daily visits from the bakery. one of the highlights is Pizza night hosted by Tanja and her husband...fantastic homemade appies, pizzas and great wine. we met a lot of wonderful families. Thanks so much for making our stay so great.

Summary: Relaxing, romantic, delightful, fun, fascinating, delicious... I could go on and on! What a wonderful week my husband and I and two of our friends had in the kind hospitality of Tanja and her family. Comparatively economical, lovely, with beautiful views, hammocks to dream in, and a fireplace to enjoy our locally-purchased cheeses, sausages, and wines in front of... I can't recommend this retreat enough! It was all we hoped for and more. Tanja guided me to the farmers market, suggested local hilltown visits, arranged for fabulous agritourism experiences, and even kindly led us in by phone - and then actually got into her car at 10:30 at night to meet us - when we were lost on the back roads. We are still talking about it and pull out our pictures frequently, longing to return.Hopefully someday! In the meantime... I hope you choose to take our place. Thank you Tanja and family for a lifetime memory! NOTE: Bring a GPS.

Summary: We stayed here for 5 nights and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean (the entire property is impeccable) and the surroundings are peaceful and stunningly beautiful. We explored different towns every day and took the train to Firenze one day (train station is 40 minute drive and the train ride is1-2 hours). Highly recommended.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this property for 8 days. The location of the farmhouse was superb, with views from every window in the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a simple breakfast to a four-course dinner. The bathroom was clean and roomy, with heated towel bar. The living room and master bedroom had wood burning fireplaces, which came in handy on those cool fall nights. Food shopping was easy within ten to twenty minutes away. And lastly, the managers, Tanja and Francesco, were incredible host. They helped us to love this area of Umbria, with cultural info for festivals and restaurants, nearby hill towns, and the local floral and fauna. Will I return, YES....would I recommend to family and friends, YES.

Summary: My husband and I and our 4 children are from Canada, and we stayed at this delightful property this summer for one week. Immediately Tanja was so welcoming, and after showing us our apartment, gave us maps and local information to help us enjoy our stay. The pool was wonderful during the hot Italian summer days, and our children especially loved it. Our little daughter broke her arm while we were on an excursion elsewhere, and they were very kind in their concern for her and for us.
