Apartment on the ground floor of 85 m2. In the photos section you have a plan that will help you understand the layout. The orientation is Northwest. It has an exterior entrance that gives it total independence from the rest of the house, which opens onto the garden. With two rooms, the first with a 135 cm bed and the second with two 90 cm beds. It has a fully equipped American style kitchen. Two complete bathrooms, the first one is located in the double room and the second one at the beginning of the corridor that leads to the bedrooms. An American dining room with a TV, with a dining table and armchairs for four people, attached in an open plan to the fully equipped kitchen. At the exit of the house it has a private porch with a garden table and chairs.
The outdoor areas within the farm: The garden, the orchard, children's playground, barbecue and parking are common areas, of a community nature.

My name is María and the main characteristic of my accommodation is the personalized service and detailed information on all questions regarding the house and the area in which I live. The profile of those who visit me is that of a family with or without children who want to spend a few days off, in a natural environment without complications, visiting new places and enjoying the gastronomy and climate of the Rias Baixas. I live very close and I go every day for the maintenance of gardens and equipment, being at all times at your disposal to help you and advise you as much as possible, whenever required, always respecting your privacy. The house is governed by a series of rules that make coexistence pleasant for everyone.
It is a house in the countryside, fully fenced, in the countryside, surrounded by chalets and single-family houses, the closest town is 900 m. with all services: banks, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, small shops, gas station etc. The closest beach is La Lanzada Beach at 2400 m. (5 minutes by car), two km of fine sand, cataloged with a blue flag, with large parking lots. Good access to the Salnés AG-4 motorway. 1 (5 km.) And A-9 motorway (10 km).
When I receive travelers, I give them information, brochures and maps of all the places they can visit in the area. On this website I show you a little information because I think it is a good idea that you can start to get to know the area.
Within a radius of 6 or 8 km approximately are the towns of Sanxenxo, Portonovo, El Grove, LaToja, San Vicente del Mar and Cambados. 80 km by highway is Vigo and Santiago de Compostela, and 100 km from the border with Portugal. On the coast you can visit the Cies, Ons, and Arosa islands.

Summary: We stayed in the apartment for two weeks in July.My husband 2 children and I .The apartment on arrival was perfect.The apartment was very clean and had everything we required.It was the cleanest hoilday house we have ever rented!.The apartment had a beautiful garden with fruit tress and lots of space for the children to play.The weather was beautiful.Beaches were 5 minutes by car beautiful beach safe,clean and most days were not that busy.We had lovely meals,fresh fish ,wine ,salads and pizza when the kids would not eat the "pulpo".The restaurant Casieros was 10 minute walk from the apartment.Maria was so kind .Maria was always available if we required anything.It was a perfect hoilday.We would highly recommend this apartment.It was excellent Sarah Ireland.

Summary: Maria, the apartment owner, spoke good English and was most welcoming and helpful, she visited each morning to check if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed for our stay, adequate space for a family or two couples as there were two bathrooms. The garden and outside area were well kept and very restful with the advantage of being able to pick fruit from the trees. The local area had wonderful beaches a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Summary: We stayed one week in April 2016 with a family with two kids (13/15y). We need only one word to describe this house: EXCELLENT ! - excellent location close to nice beaches, things to see and things you need (supermarkets, ...) - excellent apartment: spacious, clean, functional, with a large garden and it has everything you need ! - excellent hospitality by Maria & Juan: they gave nice information and recommendations on what to see, restaurants and bakkery, supermarkets etc - and in the end: we had excellent wheather for April: having breakfast outside during the whole week Thank you Maria & Juan: we enjoyed our stay and we wish you will receive many more happy customers Jan

Summary: The apartment and garden were amazing and our two children enjoyed helping Maria collect the fruit off the tres. Maria and Juan were fantastic and extremely helpful, we followed Maria's suggestions and ventured around the área and found some really amazing sights. The holiday has been amazing and we will most definately be back soon. Thank you again Maria y Juan.

Summary: We were very impressed with what we read on the Home Away website about Maria and Juan's property. When we arrived the property fully lived up to our expectations. There was plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, hall and sitting room. Outside the sitting room there was a very large balcony. We ate our breakfasts and dinners there. That gave us such a good feeling! We ate out only twice, once in Santiago, once in Pontevedras. Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Maria would come over every morning to see if we were ok. This was a good opportunity to ask any questions that we had. Maria's husband Juan and her daughter would also come over from time to time. The owners provided wonderfui customer service. On a couple of days we had put out some washing and it came on to rain after we left. Maria took the washing inside. That was very kind. Galicia was an unknown area to us and is little known in the United Kingdom. We found that there was an enormous amount to do. There are very many beaches, and old historic towns in easy driving distance. The motorways seemed empty. We particularly enjoyed a trip to Tui down near the Portuguese border and we enjoyed Santiago and also Bayona. We found we could drive in many directions and come across something interesting. For food and household shopping there is a large Carrefour supermarket less than a mile away. We found most of what we needed for breakfast, lunch (we made picnics) and dinner. There is no need to go into Sanxenxo. There are far more interesting and less crowded seaside resorts nearby, We walked to Vilalonga which is the nearest town. There are shops there but it not a place that sees many tourists.. Maria had very helpfully provided a list of places to visit, and of activities. We like history, culture, countryside, and art, We found many opportunities to visit places where we could see these. There were no music concerts we could go to. We would have been particularly interested in hearing Galician Celtic folk music. We would recommend the property to friends. It was a great holiday. Maria, Juan and their daughter were wonderfully helpful. They were caring and friendly. We are aged over 55. Mike and Annette from London

Summary: We, a Dutch couple with 2 young kids, spent 8 days in this marvellous house, in a very quiet and green surrounding. Everything you need for your stay is available and the house and the garden are extremely well maintained and clean. Our kids loved the water toys in the general accessible area next to the house. The owners, Juan and Maria, are wonderful people, with great attention and also with discretion. The beaches are nearby, as well interesting cities like Santiago and Pontevedra and there are plenty possibilities to eat-out at a high quality against reasonable prices. All in all highly recommendable.
