Positive: First of all, Simon is a great host. He was very informative and welcoming and replied very quickly to all of our questions. The apartment is quite small but well organized and nicely designed. The location is nice and quiet, and not too far from the bus and metro to the city center, and very close to the supermarket. All in all we had a very good experience in there and would recommend staying there if you search for an apartment outside the city center, and not too short in time.

Negative: There's no door between the sleeping room and the living room, and the floor between the two creaks, which makes it difficult to keep quiet if one is sleeping. Also as people mentioned, the shower is really small so you must hang the towel outside the door, which can be a bit uncomfortable if you stay there with another person who is not your partner. Lastly, it takes about 30-35 minutes to reach the city center from there, which is not too bad, but if you have limited time then you should take it in consideration

Positive: Simon is an awesome homeowner, always responding on time and giving clear instructions. I forgot to give him the plate number of our car so he can register us for parking outside and even though I texted late at night he still did it as soon as he saw my message.
