Fully equipped you will have at your disposal all necessary kitchen (fridge / freezer, stove / gas, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee filter and pod, kettle, toaster), of storage, of crockery, bed linen and appliances (washing machine with integrated dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer) and household products.
Special care has been taken to the comfort (All beds are equipped with mattress topper shape memory) and for security (see Photos).
The apartment is also equipped with WiFi and cable, so you can view national and international channels on the flat screen TV in the living room. In the heart of Val d'Europe this apartment is on 2nd floor, with elevator, in a quiet high standing building with concierge and a private garden.
A large private parking (4m wide) in the basement of the building will also be available.

Summary: My family of 5 spent 2 nights at the apartment. It is extremely convenient to Disneyland with only a few minute walk to the train. There are numerous restaurants and an excellent bakery within a couple of minutes along with convince stores. The apartment was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Jackie met us at the train station to show us the apartment and was so nice and helpful. The apartment did not have air conditioning, but it was no issue. While we were there daytime highs were in the mid 80 degree Fahrenheit range, but Jackie set us up with a couple fans to use at night and that worked perfect. It’s a very quiet location and worked great for my family

Summary: We had a very nice stay and the communication with the owners was wonderful. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the only things I have to point out was the second single bed. This was only an old foldaway bed and after testing, we decided to lay the mattress on the floor and one of us had to sleep there. The other single bed and the double bed were good. Also, the sleeping couch is not usable for heavier people. If these things aren't a problem for you, then the apartment is a total recommendation.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Paris, the apartment is very convenient to all the services and within easy distance to the Disney park and to Paris. The apartment was well equipped, clean, comfortable and large enough for 4 adults comfortably. The owner was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and this made our break very enjoyable.

Summary: Location fantastic - literally steps to the station for train to Disneyland (and Paris). A range of restaurants, bars, Boulangeries etc all within one minute’s walk, as was Val D’Europe shopping centre. We did walk to Disney a few times but we like walking, suspect it is too far for most people to consider normal! The hosts, Andre and Jackie, were fantastic with communication before and during/after. They were extremely helpful and gracious. The apartment was much bigger than the photos appeared. The setting above a courtyard made the accommodation extremely quiet at night but perfectly located. The apartment had everything you could have wanted (except air conditioning! But that would not be normal in this area - do pay attention to the hosts’ advice to keep shutters closed in the day!) Overall highly recommend :-)

Summary: We had the pleasure of being the guests of Andre Prevost and his good friend Jackie for 10 Nights. Everything about the rental was fantastic. Jackie greeted us and guided us to the spacious parking spot. We proceeded to the unit itself, clean very well equipped and spacious, 2 full bedrooms with sleeping for 6+. Once we were familiarized with the apartment, Jackie took the time to walk the neighborhood with us. It is hard to describe how close things really are...Bakery was a 2 minute walk, RER Train was 3 minutes, The Val D'Europe Mall was 5 minutes. Excellent Restaurants everywhere. Disneyland Paris was 10 minutes via shuttle...Paris was 25 minutes on the RER Train that connected with the METRO. Dining Highlights were Alfred Burger (2 minutes away), Pizza Di Roma (3 minutes away) and Black Bean Chili (2 minutes away). Our favorite times were spent on the Balconies overlooking the courtyard, sipping wine or champagne and sampling french cheeses on baugettes. If you are driving the Chateau Vaux le Vicomte was better than Versailles and much less crowded, it was a 25 minute drive (thanks for the recommendation Jackie!). Check out was a breeze, Jackie returned and assisted us out of the underground parking. I don't think you will find a better spot than this one, the combination of space, location and hospitality (thank you for the wine on check in Andre), makes this apartment superior to other and one that we hope to visit again very soon.

Summary: We stayed here only two nights but were very impressed with the personal responsiveness and care we received. The owner arranged a driver to pick us up and also to return us to the airport (we paid driver directly each time). The apartment was very secure, with a security gate to enter the property, and two security doors to access the building. Although the unit was not completely updated, it had everything we needed for a family of four (with two teenagers, ages 13 and 15). The very short walk to the train station (which ran directly to Disneyland Paris) was a huge plus as well.

Summary: Great location for exploring Disneyland and Paris. It is only a one minute walk to the Val d'Europe tube station and only one stop to Disneyland - about 2 minutes on the tube. Apartment was clean and spacious enough for a couple and our two young children. It is located close to the huge Val d'Europe shopping centre which has plenty of restaurants and a small sealife centre which was great for days off in between visiting Disney. We had a little trouble finding the place (maybe directions to the underground car park would be useful) but otherwise we had a lovely stay.
