Summary: The property is located on the outskirts of Passy with nice views of the valley & mountains upto St Gervais. The property is simply furnished but has everything you need for a great stay. Local supermarket is hals a mile away.

Summary: It’s a very comfortable place for a family of 4. In the traditional French chalet style. The location was great for us as we don’t mind a 15- 30 minute drive to the various resorts within the Evasion Mont Blanc area. Good sized bed rooms. Reasonably equipped kitchen. Photos are accurate. Lovely couple who are very helpful and responsive to questions, but they only speak French. We’re not the best in French but we managed to get by using a translation app, and some school level French. Would certainly use it again in summer or winter to access that area of the Alps.

Summary: It was very nice to stay here, location was good. I only missed some basic things. There was for example no fire alarm and the heaters on the bedrooms did not work. There is also no fee for cleaning so you have to clean the house yourself. This is only not fully possible, since there are limited tools for this

Summary: We are a family of five. We had an excellent ski holiday in February 2017. We stayed at this chalet and skied at Megeve and Les Contamines which are half an hour away. The views from the chalet are fantastic in all directions - I would consider going back there in summer to explore the Chamonix area. The chalet is spacious for five and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. George and Mireille have lived in the area all their lives and are very friendly and helpful. They do not speak English so you should preferably have a few words of French, though I am sure it would be possible to get by with none.
