Summary: Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch mit einer größeren Gruppe/ Familie gut zu bewohnen (bis zu 6 Erwachsene). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Universität, das Uniklinikum, diverse Cafés und Restaurants sowie die Geschäfte der Holtenauer Str. sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt und zum Strand fahren zahlreiche Busse. Gerne wieder!
