Positive: A nice little apartment, with everything I needed. The Vietnamese restaurant around the corner helped given my late arrival.

Negative: Door code for the building didn't seem to work. Futon mattress was standard, rather than thick.

Positive: Quiet,easy access to train station. Clean and nice room with periodic cleaning services provided by host. Very helpful & organised host Room is spacious and functional Surely will consider to book the unit again on our future trip

Positive: Room had everything you need for a longer stay, washing maschine, desk, kitchen. It is in an urban nighborhood, very very close to a station with trains going directly to Osaka Namba Station. Host was very friendly and helped us a lot with our heavy luggage. Room was clean and quite large compared to other accomondations in Japan and exactly like the photos on booking! It even has a little balcony and space to dry cloth after washing. I can't think of anything that was missing. Would book it again :) Also communication before arrival and self check-in discription was very good.

Negative: The only thing that could be changed is that the guest clean the dishes themselves at the end of the stay and the guests before us did not do the best job. Maybe it would be better to use a dishwasher before new guests arrive.

Positive: It was super clean and great location to the near by station, only two minutes walk. The area is very close to Osaka, other major touristy sites, and the Kansai international airport. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with Lawson at the next door and the location is very safe. Locking system is easy to get in and secure. The room is spacious and everything there is clean and newer.

Summary: The owner was a life saver since I had a big luggage and it was hard to carry that up to the higher floor on the stairs.

Negative: Would have been great if there were beds provided Had a hard time sleeping on the floor beds. Need to carry your own salt sugar and other stuff.

Positive: Traditional Japanese style with fold out futons and Japanese bathroom. Great location with Lawsons below and train station 2 minute walk. Owner went above and beyond to help us fi d a phone which we lost in a taxi. Greatly appreciated
