Positive: Nikola is one of, by far, friendliest hosts we ever had. Apartment is in the city center and walking distance from any city attractions, but also super close to all the buses. Even though it's basically in one of the most central parts of the city, once you're in the apartment it's very silent and calm. Apartment looks and feels super new and clean. It's also quite big (especially having the price in mind). Beds and pillows were also super comfy.

Negative: The elevator didn't work, for us this was no problem at all (it's only a few flights of stairs), but if you are very old or sick it might be for you. But then again, there is an elevator in the building but it was just temporarily out of order.

Summary: Probably the best place we ever stayed at in Belgrade, and we go there often.

Positive: The host was very friendly and managed to meet us earlier than we initially indicated. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spacious and cosy. And surprisingly quiet despite being located on a busy street.

Negative: The lift didn't work.

Positive: One of the best accommodations I have ever had. The owner, Nikola, is the nicest guy eager to help with anything. The apartment is newly renovated, has all you may need. 5 min by foot to the center. Nikola helps with the parking, which can be tricky. Best regards!!!

Positive: I loved staying at the property. It was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is nicely, remodeled, it has absolutely everything you need and it’s very spacious. Nikola is an amazing host, communicative, welcoming, one of the best hosts I have ever encountered. Very recommended.

Positive: A very comfortable apartment right in the heart of Belgrade. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is comfortable, cozy and fully equipped with everything you might need. Nikola, the host, is very kind and attentive—he helped us with everything. His assistance was especially valuable when we had a transportation issue on the day of our departure. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.
