Positive: We are so happy we chose to stay here! This is a new properly that has been recently renovated and all furniture is new. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was super clean and it even comes with 2 toilets (that was a pleasant surprise). Also every room has its own A/C which was very important to keep us warm during our stay in January (it was 5oC in the night). The location is great as well with many shops and restaurants nearby and the medina is also in a walkable distance (or you can take the bus or taxi which is very cheap). The highlight of our stay for us was Osama. He is one of the most welcoming hosts we have met across all our trips. Before and during our stay he replied to our messages literally instantly and provided all the help we needed. He was there to welcome us during our arrival (even though we arrived at 9pm) and he greeted us with hot tea and delicious Moroccan treats. Rest assured you will be very welcome here. Thank you for everything Osama!

Negative: Although the apartment is newly renovated, the building itself is a bit older. As a result, there was occasionally some noise from upstairs from people moving chairs, or from neighbors at the back of the building while they were out smoking. The neighborhood is generally quiet and this didn’t bother us much (staying in the Medina would be much noisier). In general, light sleepers may want to bring earplugs when staying in Marrakesh.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our visit. The location is excellent — the neighborhood is full of great restaurants and cafés, and it’s only about a 15–20 minute walk to the center of the Medina. There were four of us traveling together, and having two separate rooms plus a fantastic terrace at our disposal made the stay even better. The air conditioning was surprisingly useful during our December stay — the evenings were quite chilly, and it truly saved us, allowing us to warm up and relax comfortably. The manager was helpful and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the visit. Highly recommended!
