Summary: We stayed with our family (2 adults + 2 children 21 and 17 years old) for 10 days in this apartment. Enjoyed a great holiday. Had contact with the owners Elisabetta and Chiara in advance via the app regarding the key transfer. There is no reception, not all apartments in this complex are rented out. This means that it was very quiet and apart from us (Netherlands) only a few non-Italian cars in the (closed) parking lot. The ladies showed us around and explained everything. During the holidays we were able to keep in touch via the app. This went very smoothly and luckily it was possible in English. Everything is as described and shown in the advertisement. A beautiful view of the lake. The morning sun on the balcony and shade later in the afternoon. The 2 air conditioners inside were very welcome with the high temperatures. Furthermore, a complete inventory with sufficient facilities. In the garden you can lie in the sun or under a tree in the shade. Sun loungers were available in the apartment and were allowed to take into the garden. Through a gate (you become a key) you get to the pool and after the next gate (same key) you step into the lake almost immediately. You can go into the water for quite a distance and still stand. Or go for a swim on the waves. We did not use the pool, but this is also a great option if you have younger children. The location is actually between Manerba and Moniga. As stated in the ad, you have to drive a bit for groceries or a restaurant (except for one). Without a car it is not a convenient location. So you don't walk to a cozy boulevard in the evening for a snack and drink. In the area, however, there are plenty of places where this is possible and after that you return to this quiet place.
