Rooms in a small coastal village,which has two sandy beaches,one which is dog friendly.
Each room has a Sink, Full size Fridge, Toaster, Kettle.
Please note there is no electric oven.
These serviced rooms are in the center of a small village, within easy walking distance of two beautiful sandy beaches,and a village green overlooking Cardigan Bay. A 5 minute walk to the coastal path.
Continental Breakfast Can be booked prior to arrival.
The rooms are reached via an external staircase onto a communal balcony,which has a seating area. They are not suitable for people with a disability, or mobility issues.
The communal balcony is a lovely area for a drink or enjoying some food.
We are dog friendly. DOGS MUST BE BOOKED IN . However, Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture or bed. Dogs are not to be left on their own in the room. All food bowls and bedding must be provided by the owner.
Each room has a key box,for ease of arrival and departure.We do however en devour to meet all our guests when we service the rooms.
Two rooms are suitable as a Twin or for 1 child over 10.
These rooms have a 5 ft Bed and a 3 ft Single Bed.
Each room has either an en suite walk in shower or shower within the bath.
The other 4 rooms have a 5 ft bed suitable for 1/2 adults
All rooms are en suite with either a shower within the bath. Or a walk in shower.
All rooms are fitted out with a Sink, Fridge, Kettle, and a Toaster. No oven.
Hairdryer .Iron, First Aid Kit, Cutlery, China etc
Bath Towels and Hand Towels are provided.
Please bring your own Towels for the beach.
Dogs are welcome Free ,but notification must be given .Dogs cannot be left in the room on their own.They are not allowed on the furniture.

Summary: Clean well maintained apartment.Perfect for our stay. Didn’t receive any emails or replies from the Vrbo app which caused some anxiety as we only received the access code an hour or so before our arrival. Fortunately we had the host contact number to do this. Met Sian this morning and she was a friendly host.

Summary: Lovely place very clean tidy the manager Sian was a very nice lady also gave us directions to places around the area very nice chatty she also chatted to everyone on the balcony the area is great walking distance to the lovely beaches fantastic for young children great for my grandchildren we had a great time weather was great but still good if raining plenty to do walking restaurants cafe by the beach was great the rooms are cleaned every morning also topped up towels etc they are better than travel lodge as they only top your towels these rooms were cleaned every day excellent we loved our stay will be coming again sometime next year beaches are lovely and clean to swim in great place to stay thankyou for a lovely welcome

Summary: The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short break, and the host was very helpful. Good location for exploring this part of West Wales though a steep climb from the beach for two older ladies! We had a really good time.

Summary: We thought it was overlooking the beach and on speaking to the people a couple of doors down , they thought the same . We also thought there was a hob to do a cooked breakfast. Bonus having a cleaner though
