Summary: The apartment is cosy and clean, on the second floor of a house. The house is close to the ski lifts going to San Pelegrino, around 5 min by a car. The shopping center for food is 5 min by foot, so the location is perfect. The owner is very helpful. Overall mark is excellent!

Summary: Went skiing with wife and 3 kids Feb 17. Luigi was very nice. Our Italian is horrible, and his English is just ok, but we managed to communicate effectively with messages and emails. Just big enough for the 5 of us. Clean place, amazing price. Too far to walk to lifts in ski boots with kids but only about a 1 minute drive from parking area. Kids played in snow outside. Underground parking. Would use again if we ski San Pellegrino again. Recommend walk 5 minutes up to Il Dollaro restaurant, great pasta and nice staff.
