Summary: Andrea and Ileana are super nice and welcoming, they showed us everything, gave us tips for exploring and helped us when we had questions. The apartment is clean and has anything you need. A bus stop is 5 minuets away, and you are in about 20-30 minuets in the city center oder at the beach. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Summary: Andreas and his sister warmly welcomed us and gave important information for services and transport. A grocery store, 2 pastry shops and a small shopping center are within walking distance, as well as the tram (called the metro) which provides transport at a reasonable cost to the more touristic area of Cagliari. The apartment was very clean, modern, well appointed and comfortable. Andreas, the son of the owner, lives on the 1st floor which allows to contact him easily if necessary. The neighborhood, although old, is peaceful and safe.

Summary: Very nice appartment close from bus stop. Easy connection to Main Station, Beach Poetto and all shopping places. Appartment is clean and convinient with everything what you would need. Andrea will explain every place interesting to visitin Cagliari or all the rest Sardinia. Free Wi-Fi is very fast. You will feel like in your home!

Summary: "We spent 2 weeks on our holidays there. The apartment was perfectly clean and ready to live in. The area was quiet as is suburbs. The location is very close to a bakery, grocer''s and pizzeria. Although distant from the sea and city centre, there are frequent buses and tram to get there. The hosts'' hospitability was absolutely exceptional - we would like to thank them very much once again. "
