Summary: Pros: We have just arrived back home after spending two weeks in the apartment, Apartment very clean and everything you need for your holiday and more! The view from the balcony/terrace is amazing ! The apartment is less than three minutes walk from a great super market, with a lovely walk along the sea front to the lovely streets of Estepona, can't wait to return!

Summary: Pros: Het was onze eerste ervaring met "vakantiehuizenSpanje.nl". En meteen een voltreffer. De eigenaars van dit verblijf weten wat ze doen. Op voorhand kregen we heel correcte info die 100% klopte bij aankomst. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en de huisraad is volledig. De locatie is subliem; dicht bij het strand, supermarkt en het stadscentrum. Het enige minpuntje was dat er aan dit verblijf een einde kwam toen de vakantie erop zat. We missen al het ontwaken met zicht op zee. Nogmaals bedankt Tom en Mieke!

Summary: Pros: Fantastic apartment, spotless with washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer. Fantastic view from terrace and right beside the beach. The owner Tom was really helpful and had even left us water, wine and beer on arrival. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Summary: Pros: Wunderbare Lage 1.Reihe am Meer, tolle Aussicht auf Estepona, Estepona fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, erstklassiger Service mit z.B. einer Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung, großer Carrefour zum Einkauf 3 Minuten zufuss.

Summary: Pros: Just enjoyed a week in Jacaranda Apt 105. Lovely and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy a self catering break. Balcony overlooking the sea and quiet promenade was a favourite spot day or night. The Garden and pool area are inviting, but pool needs bit of refurb. We would have loved a couple of nice sunbeds rather than sun chairs as they were quite low but understand that with limited space the pool can't be over run with sunbeds. Lovely walk into old town and to harbour. Top notch restaurants and food at reasonable prices . Would definitely recommend and we would return. Tom a real gent and helpful and there if you needed him. Only negative - corkscrew needs changing.

Owners very efficient and helpful and all as advertised, had great holiday. 10 min walk to start of old town and 30min to marina along promenade.

Summary: Pros: Mijn vrouw en ik zijn zojuist terug na een geweldige vakantie in dit fraaie appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien ( van (vaat) wasmachine tot airco) met een ruim balkon pal aan zee. Wakker worden met de golfslag van de zee op nog geen vijftig meter van je slaapkamer...Zeer prettige en attente eigenaren die ook in de aanloop tot en tijdens de vakantieperiode prima bereikbaar en behulpzaam waren. Prima restaurants in de buurt(zelfs één vlak onder het appartement direct aan zee) . Een aanrader
