Summary: We had a perfect weeks holiday in Igor's' apartment. The photos and description do not adequately do justice to the quality of the property and the location. We are a family with 2 teenage daughters and a 5 year old son and it suited us perfectly. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. It was well equipped & the air conditioning made it very comfortable. The outside area gives privacy from the other 2 apartments and safe access to the pool. The building is nicely landscaped and very well maintained. The location is outstanding. 3 minutes walk through the trees and we were swimming in the clear warm sea. Choice of a couple of beach bars for a cold beer and ice cream. The neighbouring resort of Amarin is open to non residents and has beautiful gardens and play areas available to use and we used their swimming platforms and pedalos and paddle boards. Highly recommend the Tipico Green garden restaurant 5 mins drive away. We also used the bikes in the apartment to get bread and groceries which was helpful.

Summary: Our group of four (2 adults and 2 older teen children) had a wonderful week in this property. It is within walking distance of the beaches north of Rovinj, and it is easy to bike from the apartment into town. The apartment is a new construction, comfortably furnished and with everything you need to cook basic meals, including a full-sized refrigerator with a small freezer unit below. The three apartments in the complex share a grill, and in the basement is a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We did not use these, but they would be quite appealing in the shoulder season/cooler months. There is also a washing machine and drying rack in the unit, which we appreciated after a week of moving from hotel to hotel in the first part of our trip. The pool is a good size for modest exercise, and for those who want a more vigorous swim, a public beach is within easy walking distance. Also walkable is a small grocery store (Konzum). The unit comes with one parking space, too, if you want to use this as a base for longer excursions. The layout and amenities are convenient and safe for families with young children, while older children/teens will enjoy the freedom to walk freely along the coastal beaches to visit cafes, ice cream stands, etc. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a secluded yet convenient location from which to explore the Istrian coast. Igor is a good property manager and Kaia provided reliable housekeeping support. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: You'll see from the photos that this is a beautiful apartment, larger than I was expecting and being on the ground floor, just a few steps from the swimming pool. Everything new, modern and clean - probably the best I have ever stayed in. The location so close to the beach is big bonus, because there are also a couple of small restaurants as well as activities/water sports to hire in this part of the beach, which I wasn't expecting (as well as the water taxi to Rovinj, where parking can be difficult)

Summary: We had a great time in Apartment Borik (in Villa Valsavia). Modern and clean. Well equipped. Good beds for a great night sleep of six people (2+4). Quietly located. 2min walk to the beach. Clear recommendation and - should we consider Croatia next year again - a favorite for our return.

Summary: We had a lovely week in this amazing apartment. It completely lived up to our hopes and expectations. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was green, surrounded by trees and very quiet. Igor was a good host, and responded immediately to any questions. The pool was great - spotless and large. The apartment was just a three minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed paddle boarding, going on the inflatable course and eating at the local beach bar. Really family friendly place. The water taxi to Rovinj is a must, as is the dark chocolate gelati from Gelateria Italia. All in all a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Thank you Igor.

Summary: Fantastic villa, well equipped, clean and the excellent location. Staff very attentive and helpful when we had requests. Stunning beach only a few minutes walk away. (Beach shoes recommended) Water taxi into Rovinj old town approx 15-20 minute walk from villa. Lots of mossies but staff provided plug in repellants. Super fresh fish and food at beach bar with no name totally recommend it. Thanks team.

Summary: The property was spacious, clean and modern with an outside eating area and fantastic pool. The location was great with a short stroll to the beach, including a couple of beach bars/restaurants. We walked the 3km into Rovinj a couple of evenings with a taxi home costing 10 Euros. There is also a lovely walkway in the opposite direction where you can catch a taxi boat with a regular half hourly service up to around midnight . It is somewhere we would definitely consider returning to.

Summary: What to say? Perfect location - 2 min. to the beach. Perfect appartment - great swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Everything you need for a perfect stay on Istria. Really nothing to complain. Good and easy contact with an owner. I've been there for the second time and will come back!
