Positive: Neno's attention to detail was exceptional, to the point when I asked about a fan, he went out of his way to get me one! We were warmly greeted and given some great tips upon arrival. I would have no hesitation recommending wonderful Neno's charming accommodation to anyone venturing over to beautiful Split. Be sure to ask Neno about his delightful Schnauzer!

Positive: Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to bus stop from where you can travel to the old town and Riva in no time. 15 min walk to the nearest beach. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and spacious. There were welcome wine and breakfast items for the next morning, which is wonderful if you arrive late. We also appreciated the additional toiletries available. The details and decor of the apartment have been carefully considered, and it has a lovely personal touch. It really has everything you need even for a longer stay, for example, those sharp knives and a good iron which are so often missing in rental apartments. We didn't miss anything during our stay of 7 nights. The host Neno is really nice and considerate and is happy to share his local knowledge. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will definitely choose this apartment again if we visit Split again.

Positive: The location was excellent, close to the city center. Additionally, the apartment was very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Everything was perfect due to the highly attentive host. Every detail was considered, from toilet paper to towels, to a night lamp and charging points on both sides of the bed. When I asked if a hairdryer was available, the host even provided an extra one in the apartment. Moreover, someone in our group had a birthday, and we received a birthday wish. Overall, a fantastic clean apartment with a wonderful host and great location!

Negative: The location was a little far from the center of town (25-30 minute walk to everything we wanted to do), and the parking situation wasn’t ideal.
