Located in the heart of Liverpool city-centre, this apartment occupies a fantastic location - just a 2-minute walk to Concert Square and Liverpool ONE , the main shopping area.
These spacious and modern apartments are perfect for large groups, based in a large historical building we are lucky to be situated in the most sought after area in Liverpool for visitors.
Please note that enjoying such a central location does come with background noise & be aware there is no lift in this building. This apartment is located up two full flights of stairs.
We're always available for our guests so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
*Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a Β£500 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb's policies. Please see here for more information:
We host stag and hen parties in this apartment.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Any damage to the smoke alarm will result in a charge of Β£1,000.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment's address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
If you're arriving by train, Lime Street station is a 7 minute walk away and Central Station is a 5 minute walk away! Almost everything you will be coming to do in the city centre will be within walking distance. However, should you need to venture outside the centre we have plenty of local taxi firms - all of which will be on the digital guidebook you receive before your stay.
