COMPLETE NEW LAYOUT - Extended to the whole of the second floor
On the 2nd Floor with lovely views across Torbay. It has a large and airy open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen area with panoramic views through picture window in lounge, family shower room with walk in shower, 3 bedrooms (master en suite) and breakfast bar in hallway with views across to sea.
Lounge has 2 settees one of which is a large single size bed settee, TV and DVD, with dining table and chairs.
Kitchen is equipped with Cooker with hood, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, electric kettle and toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for 8 people.
Master Bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room.
2nd bedroom with bunk beds and single day bed with another full size single stowed underneath.
Small bedroom with child’s bed and wardrobe.
Extra Single bed also available if required (from Bedroom 2).
The family shower room has a walk in glass shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Situated right in the heart of the English Riviera, just round the corner from the beautiful sandy beach at Preston Sands, close to shops, family pubs and restaurants but in lovely quiet residential corner.
We have a car park and garden to the rear of the house with a parking space for each apartment.
Free WiFi is also available.
Main Changeover day is Friday or Monday but try to have flexibility during the school holidays (availability permitting).
Short breaks - Monday to Friday 4 night midweek or Friday to Monday 3 night weekend - only available outside of the main holiday season.
Weekly stays - 7 nights starting on Friday or Monday
10 and 11 night stays also available
Please note that we would advise that the apartment will accommodate up to 7
Cots and highchairs free of charge by prior arrangement.

Summary: We had a lovely time in this good apartment with views of the sea. We had a friendly welcome. A few minutes walk to the sea and plenty to do in the area.

Summary: A lovely comfortable apartment in an ideal location convenient for all local amenities and local buses We had a few questions before we arrived and Trish was very helpful with all these questions. It was really nice to have them on-site. There if needed but didn’t interfere. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this property

Summary: The Apartment was very clean, in a quiet area of Paignton yet just a couple of minutes away from Beach and town. Summary: Our stay was 7 nights and it was myself, my 3 children and their "aunty". The loft is self catering and has one bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Overall the place was small but was nice and cosy. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and sitting room.When the bedroom felt over crowded I slept on the sofa bed in the sitting room. We went down for Xmas break and had a real family Xmas on the day. My children thoroughly enjoyed their stay at Guys Cliffes as did I. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Always happy to help out or give advice on the best touristic places to go for the time of year. While we didn't get to do our steam train and boat cruise due to early closure because of bad weather, we all still had a good time. Lots of places to go and lots to see. The beach was beautiful to look at and Paignton is a pretty place. All you need is local and minutes away on foot. We had no problems in buying our shopping for the week when we got there. My children have already asked if we can go back in the summer to visit the water park. I would completely recommend Guys Cliffes as the place to stay if you're heading to Paignton, Devon.
