Positive: It was a spacious two bedroom flat. The staff was pleasant and responded to messages in a timely manner. I would definitely rate this place a 4.5 to 5 star. You can get lost in the couch, the beds are comfortable, and it had a peaceful and comfortable feel.

Negative: The parking on site was a little tight for a mid-sized vehicle. Could use a coffee maker. If thats all i can gripe about its all trivial.

Positive: Beautifully decorated apartment. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Biscuits, tea, hot chocolate etc. were a lovely touch. Altogether, a really nice apartment.

Negative: No intercom/buzzer. Parking is very tight around back. There was an issue with unsocial guests in the building, but this was swiftly resolved by owner during my stay.

Positive: Fantastic place to stay, everything you could want, after I made a balls up of my booking and booked it for a week later than when I was actually on my way, the people were superb in sorting me out. Thanks very much, definitely the first place I'll look for when back in the area.

Positive: Cleanliness, spacious, lovely big bed in main bedroom, comfortable couch, only 10-12 mins walk from dolphin centre (where we had to be for a dance comp). Owner’s communication excellent.

Negative: Alley way that you drive up to park isn’t the best- there were piles of abandoned clothes all over, which on arrival was quite off putting (not anything to do with the apartment owner I assume- but just not nice to see) and some general rubbish in drive way too. Once inside the building, everything lovely and spotless but generally didn’t seem like a great area of Darlington.

Summary: Clean apartments, excellent value for money.
