Positive: Clean and well equipped apartment with modern furnitures, comfortable beds, several kitchenware and kind assortment of 3in1 and 2in1 instant coffee and black tea.

Negative: The apartment is next to a railway and a busy traffic road and in the loft space (attic), therefore it's a bit noisy and warm in the evening. There is no mosquito net on the windows.

Positive: It is a simple and a very clean apartment with two beds (a double bed and a sofa), a large bathroom and a kitchen with everything you may need. It's one room but quite a big one. It's near the railway but there were not so many trains and when we closed the windows there was no noise at all. The location is very good for visiting the Bohemian Paradise. The host is very helpful and nice. He doesn't speak English but it's easy to communicate via WhatsApp and there was a nice lady who helped us with translation on the arrival. Both of them gave us very good advices about the POI and the restaurant which is located very close and is open till late. They serve all kinds of the famous Svijany beer. The famous brewery itself is open only till 17:00 and you should book your visit in advance. There is also brewery's store near the restaurant.
