Positive: Spacious apartment, good aircon & cooking facilities. Pool was well maintained. We arrived earlier than expected but owner came to meet us within 5 mins and gave us a tour.

Negative: Location isn't ideal unless you have rented a car, we used uber alot as it wasn't much difference in price to public transport and all their cars have air-conditioning.

Positive: The owners were exceptionally nice! They helped us whenever something was wrong, brought food from the store and were super kind. Great pool and enough space.

Negative: The hygiene could be better, as the bathroom and rooms weren’t super clean, but seeing the price it was OK!

Positive: The apartment was spacious, generally clean, and comfortable for our family of 5 visiting Split! Since there were no other guests during our stay, we had the pool, backyard and other shared spaces all to ourselves. The hostess met us during check-in, walked us through the property, and shared some tips and tricks to enjoy our time in Split. She was very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. We would recommend staying here!

Negative: The location is a bit out of the way in a semi-industrial neighborhood and you definitely need a car to get around. Not too much of an inconvenience if you know what to expect.

Positive: the host was super accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. she provided us with a list of activities and places to go and even allowed us to use the facilities after checkout as our flight was only at 10pm. the pool was always clean and the handyman at the property was super kind and helped us start the fire for the outdoor bbq. all in all, fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

Positive: The host was so friendly and accommodating , really made it an enjoyable stay and the views were amazing. Taxi is so cheap to get to split- €8. Nice clean place to sleep and kitchen to cook. Really enjoyed our stay and 100% will be coming back

Positive: The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were amazing and were so helpful. Would also like to say that the German man (sorry I didn’t catch his name) but he was the loveliest, kindest person who went out of his way to make our stay perfect.
