Positive: Beautiful village, close to town and very easy for park and ride, great to have a good restaurant nearby. Perfectly fine base for exploring the beautiful Slovenia. We visited Ljubljana, lake Bled and lake bohinj over our 4 night stay and had a wonderful time. The owner was attentive and met us with the key on the first day. He also helped me with the washing machine when I was being a bit silly and not realising I had to switch on the water feed.

Negative: The bathroom smelt of urine throughout the stay, I tried myself to bleach the toilet and surroundings but it must be engrained in the tiles or something. The pool was very cold and not heated, the children still went in but only for very little dips. The steps down from the terrace to the pool area had broken and slippery tiles which we thought was an accident waiting to happen. The climbing frame on the terrace should probably be removed as it is rotten (however the children enjoyed the swing and trampoline). Note that the pool is not private, several apartments use it, however it is impossible to get in contact with anyone at booking.com to ask them to change it from saying 'private pool" we already knew this before we travelled and were very happy to share it but the listing should be altered really.

Positive: Big comfy flat, new, very clean, fully equipped, very friendly host, big terrace

Negative: it's outside of town, 15 minutes by car, you definitely need a car

Positive: The apartment was clean and spaceous. Parking in front of the building. A/C heating heated up the place pretty fast.

Negative: The beds were really unconfortable (too soft, and on one matress you could feel the springs poking you). It seems that it's just a little village with houses/apartments. No bakery.
