Positive: As a frequent traveler I star certain accommodations as worthy of a repeat visit should I return to the area; Apartment Ana Ida definitely gets a star in my book for a return visit! Apartment Ana Ida is in an ideal location to enjoy all that the Soča Valley has to offer while providing a sanctuary away from the busy crowds. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay in the ground floor apartment. The apartment is well apportioned and the kitchen has what you need to prepare meals. There isn’t much space inside for just hanging around but that wasn’t really much of an issue; when we weren’t out exploring Soča Valley or sleeping we took advantage of the outdoor furniture to soak up the serene views of the valley with the mountains as a backdrop…joined by the backyard chickens and ducks. ☺️ The location is easily accessed from the main road and I was pleased the Soča River was just a short walk away.

Summary: Great place, great location, great hosts, very relaxing, and we would be happy to visit again!
