Positive: Good parking, the center (and the castle) is 20-25 min on foot, 3 mins by car, easy access to the keys with a safe box. It's a nice place all things considered.

Negative: The top floor is really hot in summer (as it is a loft with a sloping roof and skylights), we were in mid June and it was just tolerable, it should at least have AC for summer and a fan for sprint/autumn! As others mentioned, the staircase and the top floor squeaks - if you are a couple, that doesn't matter much, but with a child it could be a problem. Worth mentioning that the bathroom and shower is on athe lower floor (within the apartment). The fridge is quite loud, so we had to close the bedroom door - but as there was no mosquito net, we couldn't open the windows for night. AirCon definiately needed.
