Positive: I like the small pool. The staff is excellent and accommodating to your needs. Very friendly and very helpful. Have a coffee maker in my room which is almost a necessity for me.

Negative: The driveway to the establishment is a little precarious and you have to be very careful when you are backing up.

Positive: Lovely quiet area. Great friendly staff. Beautiful view of countryside off balcony. So relaxing. Nice pool. Too bad weather was cool so water cold. Had tea kettle,coffee maker, fridge. Cafe down the road was great. Taxi stand very close.

Negative: Bed not so comfortable. Bathroom tiny & needed some cleaning.

The bathroom window's screen allowed for ventilation while keeping insects out, enhancing comfort. The staff's understanding and accommodation of my need to cancel one room due to a health emergency, providing a full refund, demonstrated excellent customer service. The presence of friendly resident pets added to the pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. I felt very safe and secure on the property and the surrounding neighborhood.

Negative: Some light switches were unintuitive, which could be improved with clearer labeling or instructions. The shower heater lacked a visible ground wire, which may raise safety concerns.
