Positive: The staff, location, family atmospheres and pool. A 25m pool that I could do laps in at the end of amazing days in the mountains was brilliant and we loved looking at the cows in the fields before dinner against the backdrop of the mountains.

Negative: The beds could be a bit more comfortable and heating turned down a bit in the summer but the hotel is amazing value for money and both the beds and heating are minor points

Summary: Excellent - we will be coming again in the summer and winter

Positive: Amazing and special location. Lovely team and a great place to start beautiful hikes. Yummy breakfast. Remote location, where you can really switch off. Beautiful view from the room.

Negative: The apartment was really run down. I know they have new family rooms and they looked nice. Our apartment was really old and run down for the price we paid. The team were so nice though. The pool area is ok but not the best with kids. I think if the apartments were renovated then we would go back.

Positive: Great location at the bottom of the lifts, and good breakfast: the bread was made fresh Saturday, but not the rest of the week, we started with high hopes… Beautiful view of the mountains and slops.

Negative: Bedding was horrible: super stiff mattress (hard foam) and super thin pilot that kept our heads in an award and painful angle. The rooms were very hot at night as well adding to the discomfort of the sleep.,
