Positive: Lovely apartment with everything we needed, quiet, convenient location close to local supermarkets, shops and transport links. Beautiful bathroom and we also had our own private terrace. Loved having a pool and sun loungers on the rooftop terrace!

Positive: We forgot that we had gotten a room with a terrace, so that was a nice surprise. It was roomy and clean, and we ate breakfast outside every morning, which was very nice. Speaking of, the breakfast was very good! And it was such a nice change to have breakfast brought up to our room. I had not anticipated that and my 3 year old LOVED it. I really liked that were were able to choose what we wanted for breakfast and what time we wanted it. Definitely the stand-out feature of this hotel. The room was spacious as well, with a living area, dining area with kitchenette, and bedroom section.

Negative: A few things: the air conditioning was extremely sub-par. We went in August with temperatures going pretty high, and the air conditioning unit would barely cool the unit, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. We woke up sweating every night. even with the a/c on "high cool, full max". The elevators are very, very small. Big enough for two very acquainted people, maybe. It was a struggle to get up and down stairs with our stroller. Luckily, they have 2 elevators. We arrived very late on the first night there and the location is an uphill hike from the train, so keep that in mind. Also, the area is very dark, the street is tight and empty. I'll admit, I was a little scared walking to and from the hotel, even during the day.

Positive: It's was a really decent size open plan apartment with self catering kitchenette and living area . It was clean. There was air con, Smart tv with Netflix and Amazon etc, washing up liquid and bin bags provided. Everything you need for preparing simple meals and drinks in the kitchen (microwave, kettle, hob- crockery, pans and cutlery etc) . Even had tooth paste and tooth brush and a razor in the bathroom. It was near Tibidabo and away from the touristy area so local bars, bakeries and shops were much cheaper. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet at night. I didn't use the pool on the end but it looked good!

Negative: Faint smell of smoke in the room and an ashtray where I thought I was getting a non smoking room but this son faded when I opened the window. Beds quite narrow but perfectly comfortable. No dish cloth or washing up sponge. Spare eiderdowns/duvets in cupboards didn't have covers on and didnt smell fresh -luckily it was still warm enough to only use the top sheet on bed which was clean and fresh. Overall I was really satisfied and pleased and comfortable with the hotel.
