Positive: The location was great, easy access to tram station. Short walk into Nice Old Town. Room was clean and ok for a short stay. We stayed 4 nights.

Negative: Hotel needs updating, mold in bathroom as extractor fan wasnt working. Corridor from lift to rooms not very well lit and was quite dark. Carpets heavily stained needed updating in the corridor. . Only one chair on balcony, asked receptionist for another Chair as there was two of us, to which the Manager replied No. Apart from this we did enjoy our stay here.

Summary: Great location, but Hotel badly needs a bit of TLC.

Negative: Only thing I didn't like is that for the stay of 5 days I didn't get any towel change. I understand it is hotel with 2 stars, and also ot is clearly written that on demand (but paid service) you can ask for beddings and towels, but somehow I think this service should be included for at least the stays longer then 3 days.
