Positive: Very large apartment with full refrigerator. Very responsive via WhatsApp upon checkin. Many of the restaurants in the area seem to keep odd hours, and are not open in the evenings. The one downstairs, not affiliated with the hotel, but in the same building, is quite good. I ended up eating there two nights, and it was delicious.

Negative: Noise was an issue, as the place lies right along a major road that gets traffic throughout the night. I got the impression from the photos that it would be possible to have a room overlooking the river, but not on the street, but that’s not possible as the river is across the street and the road lies between the apartments and the river. I would’ve liked to have kept my window open in the evenings, as it got stuffy and the only comforter was rather heavy, but that was not possible due to the road noise from large trucks and motorcycles. The walls are also rather thin, so I could hear activity in the apartment next-door.

Positive: The place was a magical little haven in the mountains, impeccably decorated throughout, staff helpful and friendly, our suite was fully equipped with everything we could want, perfectly clean and tidy, bed lovely and comfortable, good powerful shower, two sets of french doors leading onto a balcony overlooking a mountain and a stream, really stunning views and lovely to have the sounds of the stream be our soundtrack. Coffee pods, cleaning supplies etc all provided. They provided QR codes on the back of the door to our room with details of local excursions and amenities - we found this very helpful. Who could ask for anything more!

Negative: The sat nav didn't bring us to the correct location so we had a bit of a stressful time finding it. This is not the fault of the hotel in any way.
