Summary: At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had cut down a plastic pallet. It worked great! Wide enough for my best friend to step on and support his weight and an easy step up.

Summary: The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep.

Summary: Staff is very friendly and accomodating but the property is a little bit outdated and needs new money. We liked it though and the breakfast was amazing. Staff even helped us clean our cars from snow in the morning, very friendly, thank you.
