Positive: The apartment has everything you'd possibly need. It's very well kept. And to top it all off, I'd say that the kitchen has more utensils than one can even imagine!
Negative: Loads of moths invading the place at night. But this has nothing to do with the apartment itself, though.

Negative: Humid and smelly. Kitchen was not well equiped, some dishes were dirty. Bathroom was not so clean as well.
