Positive: Great place but be aware we are the next door from a night club so some nights can be very very busy and noisy.

Positive: Perfect location, beautifully styled property. Cleanliness was acceptable.. Good option for a couple of nights

Negative: The listing mentioned it was on the ground floor, but I didn’t realise it meant literally at street level (the main door opens directly onto the street). We also found a few small cockroaches on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom.

Positive: The location was great, and because the property was on the ground floor, it was easily accessible and had a fantastic outdoor area to the rear that could be used as a smoking area and/or to dry clothes - bed rooms were very clean with plenty of wardrobe space....overall the apartment was great ....and we would certainly go back

Positive: Nice two bedroom with washer and dryer. Great location for dining out. Easy access to train station.

Negative: Property is ground floor and noisy for front bedroom at night, but we were told this in advance, so knew what to expect. We couldn’t figure out tv, but was fine without it!

Summary: Great apartment to experience Rufassa neighborhood of Valencia with a huge selection of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Positive: The apartment was greatly decorated, clean and in a perfect location. The contact with the host was also great and really helpful.

Negative: There was a whiff of sewer smell coming from the bathroom, sometimes it was so strong the entire house smelled like it. But that was really the only downside for us and not a big one. We opened the l back door to clear the air.

Positive: Highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is spacious, the two bedrooms are a good size with great storage. Comfortably accommodate 4 people. Good size bathroom and shower. The lounge area is spacious and comfy. The whole apartment is well presented and clean. The location is great and close to many restaurants and the city centre and easy to walk to various places. The area is vibrant in the evening and lots of entertainment to choose.
