Positive: Great location and great host. Recently renovated and it comes with the required facilities, such as a freezer, fridge, dish washer, oven, pots and pans and a fantastic bathroom and shower. I worked remotely for 4 weeks and the internet was very stable and fast enough to work via Teams. The beach is nearby and the sea can be seen from the living room, bed room and balcony. Honestly dream view.

Negative: There is a children playground right next to the appartment which can get noisy during peak times. Although the doors seal well and the windows block sounds it still can be heard. Not really an issue for me, but some might find it annoying or unpleasant.

Summary: Fantastic appartment with a great host and location and it comes with all the needed facilities.
