Positive: Location was amazing!!! Right on the boardwalk with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Easy access to bus to get into old town. Parking avail in garage.

Negative: This property is so very close to being perfect just needs to improve the comfort items. Beds were not very comfortable but space was great. Improve the mattresses, add more towels (only one bath towel per person and one hand towel were provided. Needs a few more hand towels when 4 guests are there and a kitchen towel or two would be nice). No trash can in bathroom so one should be provided as well). Bunk bed didn’t have any type of blanket or duvet, only a sheet so that is needed as well. These few things would have made it a 10 but without really drops the rating due to comfort.

Summary: Great location! Misses the mark on comfort.

Negative: They really should invest in the better bunk bad. The current one gives a terrible squeezing nose with each move.

Negative: Extremely uncomfortable bunk bed in second room, not suitable for adults
